BLO Register Mobile Application is developed for Election Commission of India to offer paperless services for the booth level officer in a proper Assembly Constituency for their daily field/family visit. This application is completely offline. BLO can do there field work and can save the work done in offline mode. They need to be online only when they have to push the entire data to the server.
